ONLINE SECURITY

The Ring Box Company web based ordering is established in a totally secure environment.
We take every precaution to protect our customer’s information.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, The Ring Box Company is unable to take returns for any personal reason.
Our boxes are personalised with individual names. Therefore each customer is to buy their own box to understand that we are unable to have it returned. We will exchange your box for a defect or if you have to change your wedding date.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Please send any feedback to our email address. The Ring Box Company welcomes any feedback, constructive or positive.

PURCHASING CURRENCY

Each customer selects their own country on the order page on the website. This page will then give the customer the box price in their local currency. All orders are processed in the New Zealand Dollar (NZD). The final buying price is dictated by the exchange rate at the time of processing. This means that your buying price may change marginally, to either side of your local price stated.
Your credit card statement is the final rate, which may show you a marginal difference, if either currency has moved.
We will process your order as close as we can to the time submitted, to minimise the currency fluctuation.

LEGAL ISSUES

The Ring Box Company is not held responsible for any persons buying a personalised wedding box, whom are outside the legal wedding age of that country.
Every customer is legally responsible for their own actions to purchase a box.
If any legal issues arise for any reason, all resolution processes are to be conducted under the New Zealand legal jurisdiction.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Ring Box Company agrees not to forward any information received from customers to any other parties for any reason.
All information given through our website is strictly confidential.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The Ring Box Company is global business. Orders made from outside New Zealand have to abide by the destination import regulations. The Customs Department in some countries may be required to spontaneously inspect packages. This may also incur a Customs charge, please contact us if your package has incurred an extra Customs charge. These spontaneous inspections may also delay the delivery. We do our best to get your order dispatched as soon as possible. But please be aware that the Customs interferance is beyond our control and the delay can normally be a couple of days extra.
