Can I pay with a cheque?
Yes – you can either order online through our website and then post your cheque, just type 'chq' in the credit card details area.
Or you can fill in a printable order form and post your cheque with your order form.
Please Note: We only send your box once we have received your cheque.
Will the ring slot fit an 8mm wide ring?
Yes – our ring slots can take up to a 10mm wide ring. Please notify us in the comments section if one ring is larger and we will ensure that the back ring slot is the correct size.

Do the boxes take a single ring?
Yes – you can choose to have a double ring slot or a single ring slot when you order.

How long does it take to make the box?
Up to two days.
How long does delivery of the box take?
Our usual delivery time is between 5-15 working days.
Can I have my box delivered urgently?
Yes – just let us know in the comments box when you need it. There is an extra courier fee for this which can be selected on your order form.

No – our boxes are exclusive to our online site.
